EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICIES

EASY EXCHANGE
On most products we accept exchange for different sizing, or for other items of same value without a problem.
Please note we cannot accept exchanges for such items :

  • Customized jerseys (other than the ones we keep stock)
  • Personalized items
  • Stained, used or laundered items
  • Non-returnable items as listed below

Please follow the simple shipping procedures below and we'll notify you upon reception and when item is shipping back your way.
We will each assume shipping fees on our sides.


HASSLE FREE RETURNS
We will gladly accept returns that meet these standard conditions :

1.  Returned products must have been shipped back within 45 days from reception, returned following our instructions so that no custom charges are involved (as it should be on a return).
2. Products must be new, unused, unstained, unwashed.
3. Products must be generic and offered as is on our web site (i.e. not customized).

If all conditions are respected we will refund right away upon reception 90% of item value (there is a 10% re-stock fee).

Please follow the simple shipping procedures below and we'll notify you upon reception and credit applied.
Please note that buyers assume shipping fees on all returns.

SHIPPING BACK PROCEDURES

Steps :

  1. Notify us within 45 days following reception of goods, and request return authorization number.
  2. Pack items safely in their original package if possible.
  3. Write your Return Authorization Number on the OUTSIDE of the package. Example: RAN # 50844
  4. Send package with STANDARD POSTAL SERVICE ONLY with the mention :

**** WARRANTY RETURN OF CANADIAN PRODUCT ****

This will avoid any custom charges on the return – as we are entitled not to assume on returns – and  therefore the parcel being sent back to you.
