Return / Exchange policies?
We accept exchange for different sizing, or other item of same value without a problem.
Customized jerseys (other than the ones we keep stock), personalized items, stained and laundered items cannot be returned nor exchanged unless there is a production error.
- Notify us within 30 days following reception of goods, and request return authorization number.
- Pack items safely in their original package if possible.
- Send them with POSTAL SERVICE ONLY with the mention :
****RETURN OF CANADIAN PRODUCT****
This will avoid any custom charges on the return – as we are entitled not to assume on returns – and therefore the parcel being sent back to you.
- We will advise upon reception of returned items.
- We will also advise when new item is being shipped.
Please note that you will assume the cost of shipping it back to us and we will assume the cost of shipping it back to you.
We accept returns under these conditions :
1.Returned products must have been received back within 90 days from the original purchase, returned with our instructions so that no custom charges are involved as it should be on a return.
2. Products must be new and unused.
3. Products must be generic and offered as is on our web site (i.e. not customized).
If all conditions are respected we will refund with no further delay 90% of the item value directly on your credit card (there is a 10% re-stock fee).
