    1. How do I care for my t-shirts and jerseys?     Washing instructions
      We recommend gentle cycle machine wash, warm or cold water with like colors, turned inside-out) logos turned inside. Use with NON-CHLORINE BLEACH only. Do not iron. Hang to dry, for best conservation.

      We take care of you. NO BROKERAGE OR CUSTOM CHARGES.
      You may select other shipping methods, Ground Courier or Overnight Shipping, a discount will be applied automatically.
      FREE Airmail shipping applies to Canadian and Continental US destinations.
      Other destinations will get equivalent discount applied to shipping cost.
      Promotion is valid for a limited time and not transferable.


       
    3. Usual transit delay to international destinations? 
      Standard Airmail shipping with the Post :  you may expect to receive it within 6 to 10 days. However, it does occasionally take as much as 3 to 4 weeks, especially around the Christmas holidays. Please note that this is unfortunately out of our control.
      Courier Overnight : 1 or 2 days transit to Europe. Other destinations might take a few more days.


       
    4. Usual transit delay to the USA? 
      Standard Airmail shipping with the Post :  you may expect to receive it within 6 to 10 days. However, it does occasionally take as much as 3 to 4 weeks, especially around the Christmas holidays. Please note that this is unfortunately out of our control.

    5. Usual transit delay within Canada?
      Standard Canada Post :  you may expect to receive it within 2 to 6 days. Remote regions might take a few more days.

    6. Within what kind of delay can I expect my order to ship?
      Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days. If some items are unfortunately not in stock at the time of your purchase, be assured that we are having it produced in a timely fashion.
      For customized jerseys, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for production – additional delay may apply during rush periods such as Halloween and Christmas.


    7. Return / Exchange policies?

      We accept exchange for different sizing, or other item of same value without a problem. 
      Customized jerseys (other than the ones we keep stock), personalized items, stained and laundered items cannot be returned nor exchanged unless there is a production error. 
       
      Steps :

      1. Notify us within 30 days following reception of goods, and request return authorization number.
      2. Pack items safely in their original package if possible.
      3. Send them with POSTAL SERVICE ONLY with the mention :

      This will avoid any custom charges on the return – as we are entitled not to assume on returns – and  therefore the parcel being sent back to you.

       

      1. We will advise upon reception of returned items.
      2. We will also advise when new item is being shipped.

      Please note that you will assume the cost of shipping it back to us and we will assume the cost of shipping it back to you.

      We accept returns under these conditions : 
      1.Returned products must have been received back within 90 days from the original purchase, returned with our instructions so that no custom charges are involved as it should be on a return. 
      2. Products must be new and unused. 
      3. Products must be generic and offered as is on our web site (i.e. not customized). 
      If all conditions are respected we will refund with no further delay 90% of the item value directly on your credit card (there is a 10% re-stock fee).
